SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for reading our polices. We are a small business in Naples, Florida.

We ship with USPS first class and offer the option for Priority shipping if you need insurance on the package. Priority shipping also means that your order will be processed quicker. These orders generally ship within one week of purchasing. We can not guarantee orders will arrive by a certain date. If you purchase on restock days and need them for a specific date or event, please choose the Priority option at check out.

You will automatically be sent an email with your tracking number when we are packaging your order. Sometimes it might take 1-2 days for us to actually get it in the hands of the carrier, but once your package is in their hands, the timeline can vary based on location.  If you do not provide your email address on the order you will not receive your tracking number.

Please note, once an order has been passed to USPS we are no longer responsible for the timeline or condition of the package. If you do not receive your order, your products are damaged, or tracking has stalled, please make sure to file a claim with USPS, as they are responsible for the completion of your delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: the purchaser is responsible for inputting the correct shipping address. If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered, we are not responsible for replacing the product. The purchaser is also responsible for making sure that the shipping address entered is a secure address. We cannot cover the cost of lost or stolen packages, nor can we interact with the shipping company to locate your lost package if the tracking information says it was delivered or is in route to the shipping address. If the shipping company shows the packaged as having been delivered, then we will assume that it was delivered and that something must have happened to the package at its destination. PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND WHEN ORDERING. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR REPLACING ORDERS IF THE TRACKING SHOWS IT WAS DELIVERED.

If a package comes back as "undeliverable" or as "insufficient" or "wrong address," the purchaser will be charged for shipping the package to its proper destination. No refunds will be issued if a package is returned. Payment for re-shipping to your correct address can be made via Venmo to @paycissylala (7240 last 4 of my phone)

When ordering please TAKE YOUR TIME.

Multiple orders placed can not be combined for a shipping refund. Refunds on shipping are at our discretion. Please make sure your address and orders are correct before completing your order. It is not only time consuming to fix order errors but our ordering system does not have an option to edit orders.


US SHIPPING

Once I've released your package from my facility, deliveries can take 2-5 business days depending on your location. Recently due to Covid-19 delays, it seems that orders can take additional time. Packages sent with USPS are experiencing massive delays in transit, sometimes up to 4 or more weeks domestically. I am NOT responsible for USPS delays. Please keep an eye on your order. If your package has been stalled for a significant amount of time, please reach out to USPS directly and refrain from emailing us, as we have no more information about the location of your package than what shows on the USPS website when tracking an order. If your tracking status is showing “In Transit - Arriving Late” this means that it is on its way to a USPS sorting facility or being transported from one USPS sorting facility to another one, but it got delayed. I am NOT responsible for USPS delays. This is why we offer the Priority shipping option which insures up to $100.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently International first class shipments are taking anywhere from 4+ weeks to arrive. International deliveries can be delayed due to the border and customs processes; please keep this in mind when making your order. 

Please note that import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These will be your responsibility, so please check with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchases.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Due to the nature of the products sold, we are declining all returns (including refunds, store credits and product exchanges). If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please send us an email with a picture within 7 days of receiving your order and we will happily send a replacement. Customers can feel a sense of safety when purchasing products knowing they have never left this space previously.

If you are missing an item from your order, please contact us within 7 days after you receive your order and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

For sanitary and hygiene reasons, all fashionable mask sales are FINAL and CANNOT be returned!

NO CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED!
